Analysis of Variance is a statistical test using in statistical significance tests. You can use ANOVA to determine if a relationship exists between sets of data. Specifically, ANOVA is used to test the hypothesis that the means between two sets of data are equal. Press "Stat" and then "Enter."

Type your lists of data into the list screen. To enter data, type a number and then press the "Enter" key. To move from one list to the next, press the right or left arrow keys.

Press "Stat," and then arrow over to "Tests"; then arrow down to "ANOVA."

Type the lists of data, separated by commas, and then type a closing parenthesis. For example, if you entered your data into L1, L2 and L3, then type "L1,L2,L3)".
