How do you raise a GPA from 1.6 to 2.0 after graduation?

You cannot change any part of your transcript after you earn your degree - including the grades associated with the credit hours on it. Once your undergraduate and/or graduate degrees are received from that particular institute of higher learning, the course credits and associated grades have been determined as permanent. No changes will be made, including grade changes and credit substitution after conferring of earned degree(s).
