Grants for Continuing Education for Nursing Programs

Certification as a registered nurse is often only the first step in a nurse's education. Nurses frequently return to post-secondary education, either to achieve better pay, or simply to improve their practice. Continuing education offers a nurse the opportunity to do both. Many scholarships and educational grants are available from professional associations of nurses for nurses who wish to pursue further education. These are sometimes limited to nurses who are working in specialized areas of nursing.
