There isn't a single "passing" composite score for the NLN PAX. The NLN PAX is used by nursing programs for admission purposes, and each individual program sets its own minimum acceptable score. There's no universal cut-off.
You need to check the admission requirements for each nursing program you're applying to. Their websites will specify the minimum composite score, or sometimes minimum scores on individual sections, that they require for consideration.
