Visit the GMAT New User Registration website (see resources) to schedule your appointment and pay online. When you register, MBA.org explains it is essential that you "enter your name and birthdate exactly as they appear on the identification you will present at the test center." After you create your user account, you can pay for the exam fees using a credit or debit card.
Call and speak with a registration specialist to schedule your appointment by telephone. In North America, dial 1-800-717-GMAT or-952-681-3680. In Asia, dial +603 8318-9961. In India, dial: +91 0 120 439 7830), and in Europe, Africa or the Middle East, dial +44 (0) 161 855 7219. A registration specialist will guide you through the process. Make sure you have your credit card or debit card handy.
To complete registration and payment by mail, print out a copy of the GMAT Appointment Scheduling Form and Country Code List (see resources). Fill out the form with the correct information, indicate that you are mailing in payment, sign where indicated, then place the completed form and payment by cashier's check, money order or personal check into the envelope. Seal, add postage and mail the completed form and payment to:
