Create a goal for how many pages you want to read per year based on how much you want to challenge yourself. Pick out books from the 360 list based on the total number of pages per book.
Evaluate your reading comprehension skills by taking sample SAT or ACT tests and set clear goals for what you want your English comprehension scores to be.
Choose books that are labeled with a "*" on the list and are less challenging in the first six months of your reading plan. Move onto books marked "**" on the list for more of a challenge after the first six months of reading regularly. Modify your reading plan if you find that you need more time to progress to the challenging books. Use the book description to see if the book is the right level for you.
Choose a diversified set of books from the list so you are exposed to different time periods and different regional authors.
Use a log to tabulate your progress and to set new goals. Re-evaluate your goals periodically and measure your reading comprehension skills by taking more sample SAT or ACT tests.
