1. Academic Achievement
- Excellent grades in all academic subjects and at least a 3.5 GPA
- Strong scores on standardized tests (SAT or ACT)
- Completion of Honors courses in English, Math, Science, and History
2. Personal Statement
- Applicants are required to submit a personal statement expressing their interest in the Classics and demonstrating their intellectual curiosity, maturity, and commitment to academic excellence.
3. Letters of Recommendations
- Students must submit two letters of recommendation from teachers or other adults who can speak to their academic abilities, intellectual curiosity, and character.
4. Extracurricular Activities
- Involvement in extracurricular activities that demonstrate leadership, teamwork, and commitment to excellence.
5. Interviews
- Students will be interviewed by the Institute's selection committee to assess their interest in the Classics, their academic preparedness, and their fit with the Institute.
