Does sand village have an academy?

While the anime and manga don't explicitly show a Sand Village academy in the same way Konoha has the Ninja Academy, it's heavily implied that Sunagakure has a system for training its shinobi. Young genin like Temari, Kankuro, and Gaara were clearly trained, and there must be some form of structured education to achieve that. Therefore, while not explicitly named or depicted, a Sand Village equivalent of a ninja academy is a reasonable assumption.
