Review your homework. Evaluate any questions you missed to determine where you made mistakes so you won't make them on the test.
Crack open your math book. Look at the end of the chapter for study questions.
Complete the study questions without a calculator. Write out your work. Check your answers with those in the back of the book. If you completed a problem incorrectly, find your mistake and your way to the correct answer.
Be sure to skim the chapter for vocabulary words you'll need to know like "axis" "radius" and "circumference". Make flash cards to teach yourself each word's meaning if you are unfamiliar with the vocabulary terms.
Read the chapter summary if provided. This is a short version of the major concepts in the chapter.
The night before the test, get a good night's rest (at least 8 hours). Eat a healthy breakfast the morning of the test to have your brain working in tip-top condition.
