" Bullying is unrelenting physical, verbal and emotional harm imposed on one pupil by another. To prevent bullying in the elementary school classroom, educators must remain keenly aware of all pupil-to-pupil interactions in the classroom and on the playground. When an incident of bullying is discovered, it should be dealt with immediately.
