Make a list of the skills you wish to use in the instructional review game. Create questions for each of the skills you come up with for the game.
Place the questions in order from easiest to most difficult. Assign money values from $100 to $500 for all questions. Add or modify questions if you feel they do not equal the value of the question or if you don't have enough to fill all money values.
Group questions by at least six categories. Create a jeopardy review game by using a template available on-line. Insert the questions into the template and save the game.
Hook up the laptop or computer to a projector. Make sure that the jeopardy board is large enough for students to see.
Divide the class into three teams. Pick the students randomly; do not assign team captains as it takes up too much time. Set up three desks in the front of the class and use the rows behind to separate the three teams.
Select a student to be the scorekeeper. Have the student write the teams on the board. Instruct this student to update each team's total during the game.
Have each team send up one classmate. Sit students in the three desks in the front of the room. Students should place their hands behind their backs until someone elects to answer the question.
Click on the question selected. It will display on the screen. Have students ring the bell on their desk if they want to guess. Award points or deduct as necessary. Continue the process until the review game is complete.
