Administrative & Management Support:
* Secretaries/Administrative Assistants: Manage correspondence, schedule appointments, maintain records (student, staff, financial), handle phone calls, assist with data entry, and provide general office support.
* School Business Manager/Finance Officer: Oversee the school's budget, manage finances, handle payroll, procure supplies and equipment, and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
* Principal's Secretary/Administrative Assistant: Provides direct support to the principal, managing their schedule, correspondence, and other administrative tasks.
* Librarians/Media Specialists: Manage the library collection, assist students with research, teach information literacy skills, and organize library programs.
* Guidance Counselors: Provide academic, career, and personal counseling to students. (While often considered part of 'support staff', their role is highly specialized.)
Operations & Maintenance:
