What schools in Arkansas offer training for a pediatrician?

Arkansas doesn't have any medical schools that offer a residency specifically in Pediatrics. To become a pediatrician, students must first complete medical school (MD or DO) at an accredited institution. Then, they must complete a residency program in pediatrics, which is a postgraduate program lasting typically 3 years. While there are no medical schools in Arkansas offering pediatric residency programs, Arkansas graduates from medical school elsewhere will complete their residencies at programs located in other states.

To find residency programs in Pediatrics, you should search the websites of the Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME) and the American Osteopathic Association (AOA) - these organizations accredit residency programs in the US. You can search their databases for "Pediatrics" to locate programs nationwide.
