If you have all of your opinion scores, then you can calculate the mean score without sampling. The mean of something is the average. In order to calculate the average of your opinion scores, you use the formula for average, which is the sum of the scores divided by the total number of scores. Since you are not sampling, you need to use all the scores you have, not just the random ones you select as a sample.
