Write "and" behind the first set of numbers. The "and" in the sentence indicates the decimal point.
Spell out the second set of numbers with their place value at the end. The place value is the number's placement on the number scale (such as hundredths, thousandths and ten-thousandths). For example, if your last number set is 123, you would write the number out as "one-hundred twenty three thousandths."
