What Summary of no gumption?

No Gumption is a short story written by Fannie Hurst in 1913. It tells the story of Annie and her husband Dan, who live a seemingly ordinary life in a small town. Annie is a hard-working woman, while her husband is rather lazy and unwilling to work hard to support their family.
