High school girls 400m dash record?

As of May 2021, Sydney McLaughlin held the high school girls 400-meter dash national high school record, achieved on June 6, 2015, when she recorded a time of 49.72 seconds while representing Union Catholic High School (Scotch Plains, New Jersey) at the Adidas Dream Mile (New York City) track meet.
