Do schools in France have mascots?

In France, it's not common for schools to have mascots like you might see in American schools. The education system in France is predominantly public and heavily centralized. Schools are generally named after historical figures, famous individuals, or geographic locations, and they don't typically adopt mascots or logos as part of their identity.

However, some private schools or sports clubs associated with schools might have mascots, but these instances are not as widespread as in other countries.
