How to Plant a Grade 4 Pinto Bean

Fourth graders who are learning about plant development will often be asked to grow a seedling from a seed or a bean, such as a pinto bean. When the students see their seedling sprout and develop, they will learn in a more hands-on way what plants need in order to properly grow. To teach fourth grade students how to sprout a pinto bean, it is important to follow a few simple steps.
