Use Dustball. Dustball's plagiarism checker is an online utility that was created and is maintained by the University of Maryland. Copy and paste the text from a document into the box on screen and click "Check the Paper" to see a percentage of suspected plagiarism. You can also upload entire Microsoft Word formatted documents directly to the site.
Use Dupli Checker. Dupli Checker lets you check entire documents for plagiarism, or only portions of documents. Once your text is pasted into the box on screen, select the search engine that you want to use to check for a percentage of plagiarism (either Google, Yahoo! or MSN) and click "Search." The Dupli Checker utility will then check your document and return a percentage of plagiarism.
Use Article Checker. Article Checker allows you to either check text that you've pasted from a document into the main utility window, or an entire Web site (once you provide the site's URL Web address). With your information inputted into the utility click "Compare" to run a plagiarism scan on the entered text. You will then receive a percentage of suspected plagiarism for that specific document.
