How much did the reading and writing lessons accomplish?

The reading and writing lessons accomplished a great deal. Students made significant progress in their ability to read and write, as well as their understanding of the English language. They were able to identify and use basic sight words, spell simple words, and write short sentences. They also developed their comprehension skills and were able to answer questions about what they had read.
