- If the background section needs clarification of additional support, this section explains it in more detail to support the memo's primary objectives.
Step 5: Create Clear and Distinctive Actions, Questions, Concerns or Proposals: These sections vary on memo, but this section is the body for your message. Address concerns clearly to avoid confusing anyone reading it. Write out any actions in a bulleted fashion and proposals for solutions to any concerns and or problems.
Step 6: Use a Formal Closing Salutation and Your Typed Name.
