Use presentation software. Display your key points behind you. Your audience will be able to follow what you're saying and take note of your critical points. Presentation software can help you stay on track, as you can always check if you said all you wanted to say before you move on.
Present the project briefly. Before you get into the details of your project, set out the aim of your project. Explain the key points of your presentation. Keep this short, and mention each area you will present.
Explain your methodology. Tell your audience what you used and why you used it. Bring slides, pictures and other material which will help you present your methodology.
Present your conclusions. If your findings are not what you expected, explain how your conclusions differ from your expectations. Give your thoughts why this might be so. If your presentation venue allows for a discussion, you can take questions from the audience once your presentation is complete.
