Specifically geared for beginner students, Voice Over U offers lectures on vocal techniques as well as lab experience where students can record their own voice over work. Classes are taught in small groups at multiple locations in downtown Chicago. Private instruction is also available for $125/hour. Lecture prices are $200, while lab work costs $330. A special lecture/lab combo can be purchased for $495.
Located in upstate New York, Voice Coaches LLC provides intensive one on one training for aspiring voice over artists. Their intensive program costs $3250 and includes three one-hour private training sessions, a two-hour private studio immersion session, a commercial demo production, a narrative demo production, 50 CD demo copies with custom labels, a personal web site, more than 12 hours of web-based education and long-term follow-up support by instructors.
