How to Use a Rubber Band to Remember Things

Remembering can be a problem for even the most sharp-minded person. In today's hectic world you have literally hundreds of items to remember during the day from picking up your dry cleaning to your grocery list. Writing down what you need to remember and keeping it in a safe place helps, but when you think of something to do on the fly and don't have the option of putting it on a list, it's a good idea to keep a rubber hand handy around the house, at work and in your car.
