Go to www.worldwidelearn.com/business-course/customer-service-training.htm and find the heading that says "Customer Service and Call Center Training." Click on the first highlighted heading that says "Mindleaders."
Locate the blue box in the upper left-hand corner of the page and click on the link that reads, "Try a Free Course." Find the beige button to the right of the blue box that reads, "Launch Free Courses" and click that button.
Scan the list of available courses and locate the customer service course. Click on "Customer Service" and then choose "Fixing Problems."
Click on "Begin Course" and scroll through pages by clicking the "Next Page" button on the lower right corner of your task bar. When you have completed the course, go back to the home page and click on "Take Assessment."
