Play mind games
Keep your mind sharp by playing games that require a bit of thinking and strategy. Crossword puzzles and Sudoku are two obvious examples but there are plenty of other mind sharpening games to choose from to keep the mind limber and fit.
Eat right
Fruits and veggies are at the foundation of a strong mind and body. Always do what you can to eat as healthy and preservative-free as possible in order to extend the life of your mind and body.
Exercise
Exercise increases blood circulation, healthy endorphins, and brain activity. Exercise also fights off depression and other mental illnesses which can dull mind sharpness.
Stop smoking
Smoking does significant damage to the mind and the body-this one should be a no-brainer!
Challenge yourself
Learn new things in order to keep the mind sharp. Learn a language, a musical instrument or craft in order to keep your mind in great condition. Never let those neurons stop firing!
