Work with accent reduction techniques on your own in several different ways. You can have employees and speech professionals listen to non-regional dialects and try to copy them. You can find non-regional dialects, or dialects without accents, from newscasters, actors, or other professionals. You can also get tapes of non-regional dialects and have employees listen to them and attempt to copy the sounds they hear.
Buy a program, such as the Accent Reduction Training Program, or others like it. These programs come with tapes, DVDs, CDs, workbooks and other materials. Use the materials that are included in the programs to help your speech professionals learn more about how to have a non-regional dialect and how to reduce their accents.
Employ the services of a company like the Accent and Speech Company, who will actually assess the situation you have and create a program fit for you. They will hold seminars, workshops and practice sessions in which your speech professionals will learn how to reduce their accents.
