    Health Central Diabetes Center

    • Health Central's Diabetes Center offers a comprehensive diabetes education program which is approved by the American Diabetic Association and is covered by most insurance plans. The program is designed to assist pre-diabetic patients, patients newly diagnosed with diabetes, patients with gestational diabetes and patients in need of blood sugar control. Classes are taught in a group setting; however, instructors can schedule individual counseling as needed. The educational team is made up of a registered nurse, diabetes instructor and a dietician, all of whom are trained and certified.
