Health Recovery Services is a non-profit organization helpings individuals with addictions and mental illnesses. They provide a number of in-patient and out-patient treatments, including a driver's intervention program for people over age 21 who have lost their licenses to a DUI conviction. The program is research-based and certified by Ohio's Department of Alcohol and Drug Addiction services. The course is 72 hours and costs $370 (as of August, 2010) and is held every six weeks.

Ashland County Council on Alcoholism and Drug Abuse is a program for Ashland County residents for alcohol and drug addiction services, including a three-day DUI program called R.A.P. as well as drug and alcohol abuse assessment and treatment planning. Those interested in obtaining services are encouraged to call the office for more information. They are open 8:30 a.m. to noon, 1 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday through Friday, though evening appointments are available by request.

Located in Wooster, AEP is a program for first-time DUI offenders. Created in 2000, this AEP course is 72 hours. Up to 28 people can take the course at a time, and the course costs $350 (as of August, 2010). Participants can expect a full course of group sessions, speakers, testing and videos. The program also has programming for participants' families and significant others.
