Type the following equation into your calculator (from our sample data):

This gives you an answer of 0.1875, or 18.75 percent, which is the total percentage of Asians at the company.
Type the following equation into your calculator (from sample data):
10 / 80 =
This gives you an answer of 0.125, or 12.5 percent, which is the total percentage of Caucasians at the company.
Check your percentages to ensure they add to 100 percent:
37.5 + 31.25 + 18.75 + 12.5 = 100
Now you have the percentage of each race making up the entire company workforce.
