* A bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field from an ABET-accredited institution.
* A master's degree in engineering education or a related field is preferred.
Experience
* At least three years of experience teaching engineering or a related field at the college or university level.
* Experience teaching adults is preferred.
Certifications
* A valid teaching certificate in your state is required.
* ABET certification is also required.
