What does bicycle mean in Greek?

There isn't a single word in ancient or modern Greek that directly translates to "bicycle." The concept didn't exist until long after the classical Greek period. To describe a bicycle in Greek, you would need a descriptive phrase, for example: δίτροχο ποδήλατο (dítrocho podílato) meaning "two-wheeled foot-cycle" or something similar.
