How to Become a Member of the Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority When You Have Graduated From College

Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated is an organization of over 260,000 college-trained women, and has been in existence since 1908. The sorority continually seeks additional members who share the organization's standards and commitment towards growth and development. Prospective members are classified as either undergraduate or graduate. Unlike the traditional process for prospective undergraduate members, Alpha Kappa Alpha sets a different process for prospective members to complete in joining the sorority under the graduate membership requirements. This graduate membership is not available to be solicited, and is extended by invitation only.
