      Look into Kays Hall if you are a first-year student at Arkansas State University. This dormitory is an 11-story high rise that houses 470 students in suite-style rooms. This coeducational residence hall houses males and females in different areas. Kays is conveniently located close to the student center, classrooms and two lighted tennis courts. This is the only freshmen-only dormitory that is co-educational.

      Check out Northpark Quads if you are a level of student above freshman. This is the newest residence on campus and features the community building with a laundry, kitchen, meeting rooms and administrative offices. This residence houses students in four-bedroom, two-bath suites that are fully furnished. This residence is co-educational.

      Consider Collegiate Park if you are a student that is at least a junior in academic standing. This residence features two bedroom/two bathroom, two bedroom/one bathroom, and four bedroom/two bathroom flats and townhouse configurations. This is an all-inclusive complex that also features a swimming pool for its residents. It is co-educational.
