Model on an existing cheer. Start with a cheer you already know and change it. This helps you get the blend of rhythm, movement and lyrics you want. Change the cheer around to suit your personality and that of your team. To make it cuter, add some movements that are funny or unusual.
Use repetition. Cheers are all about repetition, especially repetition that encourages the audience to cheer along with you. Make the repetition cute by using unusual sounds to repeat. For example, instead of saying, "Go Tigers," say "G-g-g-g-g-g-g-go Tigers." The crowd can have fun joining in and guessing how many times you are going to repeat the letter.
Use different kinds of cute yells. Everything you say does not have to be a word. Make up your own sound and put it in your cheer. You may find the crowd mimics your sound and makes it a regular part of cheering for the team.
Use team members' names. People like to hear about themselves, and fans love to hear their favorite players get recognized. Learn some players' names and spell them out as part of your cheer. The audience can help you by echoing your call for another letter. Example: "Give me a D." The audience yells, "D!" Continue on until you spell out D-a-n-n-y. This is not only more personal than a generic cheer, but it can add a cuteness factor because the player may respond from the field.
Add music. Get a recording of a popular song and make up a routine with it. Add your own dance steps and cute moves. During pauses in the lyrics to the song, create your own yell. Crowd members will respond to the familiar song, and you can make them smile by tailoring it to your team, working your team name into the lyrics.
