Visit the Punjab Technical University (PTU) website and create an account. Provide personal information, academic details, and contact details.
Step 2: Apply Online
Log in to your PTU account and choose the "Apply for Transcripts" option from the menu. Fill out the online application form, select the transcripts you want (such as degree, diploma, etc.) and pay the required fees.
Step 3: Submit Documents
Upload scanned copies of the following documents:
- Graduation certificate
- Mark sheets
- Identity proof (Aadhar card, passport)
- Address proof
- Passport size photograph
Step 4: Verification
PTU will verify your documents and process the request. This process may take a few days.
Step 5: Collect Transcripts
After verification, you can either choose to collect the transcripts in person from the university campus or have them sent to your address via post.
Important Notes:
- Transcripts are normally issued within 7 to 10 working days from the date of receipt of complete documents and fee.
