Roadmaster Driving Schools

Roadmaster is a premier name in quality truck driver training. Many truck driving companies do the majority if not all of their recruiting of new company drivers through Roadmaster. After attending a Roadmaster truck driver training course, you will be prepared with the skills and knowledge you'll need in order to gain your commercial driver's license and begin your new career as a truck driver in as little as three to four weeks.
  1. Locations

    • Roadmaster has schools located across the United States including, Arkansas, California, Florida, Indiana, Missouri, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, Texas and Utah.

    • In order to qualify for training with Raodmaster, you must be at least 18 years old (21 if you want to drive over the road), have a valid driver's license, read, write and understand all street signs and be able to complete reports and other paperwork. You will be required to complete an application, take a DOT mandated drug test and pay your tuition up front before you will be scheduled a class.

    Tuition

    Course Requirements

    • Roadmaster students are expected to attend class on time every day. You are required to have a specified number of instructional hours and if you are absent or late you will hamper your ability to meet this requirement and will not graduate. You must pass all tests and other components with a 70 percent or higher. If you leave the course early, you are entitled to a refund of a portion of your tuition.

    Graduation

    • Upon graduation, you will receive a certificate of completion and a transcript. Those students who require additional time to reach academic performance standards or to complete the requisite number of hours for graduation will be given the opportunity to do so without additional charge.

    Job Placement

    • After you graduate, you will have the opportunity to apply with several trucking companies that actively recruit from Roadmaster institutions. Graduation does not automatically result in employment with any trucking firm as each company has its own hiring criteria, however having a Roadmaster certificate makes it easier to become employed with some of the larger carriers.
