What is the starting pay for an RN with no Bachelors degree?

There is no RN position that doesn't require at least an Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN). Therefore, there's no starting pay for an RN without a bachelor's degree (or at least an ADN). The ADN is the minimum educational requirement to become a Registered Nurse and sit for the NCLEX-RN licensing exam.
