Use your grading rubric
First of all, if you want to get all the points neccessary to get a good grade on your paper, use your grading rubric to figure out what needs to be in your paper for nursing school. It will give you an idea of what needs to be in the paper and the you can decide how you want to arrange your information.
Introduction
Always start with an introduction. Think of it as an abstract. You may start with why you chose your topic, or what the reader should expect from the entire paper or how you have sectioned your paper. Kind of like a table of content in the form of an introduction.
Nursing process
Now, use the nursing process to divide up the paper. Start with what the disease is, how to assess for it and what to expect during assessment if the client has the disease, then move on to formulation possible nursing diagnosis. After this, you can continue by talking about diagnostics for the disease and then medical and pharmacological management for the disease. After this, you can then go into nursing interventions.
Conclusion
Now you can create a conclusion for your paper. To do this, consider every paragraph in your paper and touch on each one briefly in your conclusion. Your conclusion should in the end be focused on achieving a better outcome for the client suffering from whatever disease you are researching or writing about.
