According to the website of the American University of Antiqua College of Medicine, the school's partnership with the Kasturba Medical College International Center Campus in Manipal, India offers the only medical program in India which is completely modeled on medical schools in the United States. Degrees from Kasturba are accepted around the world.
The school offers four-year and six-year degree programs. The four-year program is for those students who already have an undergraduate degree or at least 90 hours of course credit. The six-year program is for those students desiring to go to medical school upon graduating from high school.
The MCAT is not required for admission. However, if you have already taken the test prior to enrollment, you should forward your results to the school. Requirements include a non-refundable application fee; two letters of recommendation and official transcripts from all schools you have attended. If your native language is not English, then you will need to send your scores on either the TOEFL or the IELTS. Each applicant must also submit a personal statement explaining why she wants to be a doctor; a current resume or CV; and a passport-sized photo. All documents must be submitted in English or have English translations.

Christian Medical College, Vellore, was founded by an American missionary and is now affiliated with Weill Cornell Medical College in New York. The school offers a variety of degrees in the medical sciences and nursing. Both undergraduate and graduate degrees are offered as well as several distinguished fellowships and some post-doctoral courses.
All admissions require passing an entrance examination, and if you are not a citizen or resident of India, you will need to obtain a “No Objection Certificate” from the Government of India. The course of study for a basic medical degree is four-and-a-half years, followed by a one-year rotating internship. Applications are accepted mid-February to early April, and the program starts in July.
