Can you take summer classes at med school to get done quicker?
Most medical schools don't offer summer classes in the same way undergraduate institutions do. The curriculum is extremely rigorous and tightly packed, and there's generally not a built-in mechanism to accelerate graduation by taking summer courses. While some schools might offer elective opportunities or research experiences during the summer, these are usually not credit-bearing courses designed to shorten the overall program length. The standard medical school curriculum is four years, and that's rarely compressed.
