Can you be a doctor with maths literacy?

While a strong understanding of mathematics is important for many aspects of medical practice, having maths literacy alone is generally not enough to become a doctor. Medical school typically requires a strong foundation in science subjects such as biology, chemistry, and physics, in addition to mathematics. Good communication skills, empathy, and critical thinking abilities are also essential qualities for doctors. Some medical schools may consider math literacy as part of their admissions criteria, but it is usually not the sole factor determining acceptance into medical school.
