Non ABA Law Schools

The American Bar Association (ABA) accredits most U.S. law schools. This guarantees that the schools meet certain requirements and allows graduates of those schools to take the bar exam in any state. Some schools, however, are only state-accredited and not ABA-accredited. This means that any graduate may only pass the state bar exam and may not practice in any other state.
  1. Concord Law School of Kaplan University

    • Concord Law School of Kaplan University is not only not ABA-accredited, but also offers its curriculum is online. The school offers a traditional JD degree and also an Executive JD, for people who do not intend to become practicing attorneys.
