How did you perform in all these roles? Know the factors influencing your career decisions. Have you ever supervised employees? What are your responsibilities in your current job? Why did you choose this company? What do you like the most about your current job? What do you consider to be your failures? What would you do to become more effective in your company? Have you ever led a group?
The main reason you are attending the interview is that you want to obtain an MBA. Eloquently explain why that is the case. Convince the interviewers that you need an MBA to accomplish your long-term ambitions. Why did you choose this school? Have you applied to any other schools? Is this your first choice? If not, which one is? Where do you expect to be five years after graduating with an MBA? Is there anything you contribute to this school that is unique? These are questions you are likely to face.
