How long must you join the military in order to become a Naval Avaitor after graduating from based college?

There is no requirement to join the military to become a Naval aviator prior to attending college. Candidates may also apply to the Navy's Aviation Officer Candidate School in Pensacola, Florida, following graduation from college with a bachelor's degree. Upon successful completion of flight training, candidates are designated as Naval aviators and commissioned as ensigns in the Navy.
