Use any word processing computer program. Get a blank document and title it, "College Application Worksheet."
Create a table with 6 columns and 25 rows. Type the word "Colleges" in the first row beneath the first column. Add the names of up to five colleges in each column to the right.
Highlight the first row under "Colleges." In the first cell type "General Information." Select the three rows following the first. In each of those, type the headings, "Location," "Web Address" and "Size." Add the required data for each college mentioned in the five columns.
Skip one row and then type "Application Information" in the next row. Label the next six rows "Application Fee," "Application Deadline," "Admissions Address," "Accepted" "Accept or Decline Date" "Application Sent."
Create the next subheading two rows down. Entitle this "Requirements." Beneath this heading, type "Essay Requirement" in the first row down. In the three remaining rows insert "AP Scores Accepted" "Resume" and "SAT Score."
Jump down two rows and type in, "Finances." The next four rows should identify the financial requirements for living on campus, at home or off campus as well as the annual tuition.
Devote the last section to "Campus Visit." Select the last three rows to track information on tours, orientation date and new student programs. Delete any blank rows.
