Medical Colleges in California

Californians don't need to go far for a degree in medical studies. According to the Liason Committee on Medical Education, there are eight accredited medical colleges across the Golden State. The California State University systems in Merced and Riverside and the Scripps Research Institute in San Diego are also planning to add medical education to their roster of programs, according to the California State University system's website. With all these options, California offers itself as a mecca for medical education.
