Arcadia University is a nationally ranked university that has an established reputation for many of its graduate degree programs. The institute is a regionally accredited institution (Middle States Association) of higher learning and offers online courses of study and degrees. Fields offered through the online division include advertising, web design and media, culinary management, photography, graphic design, kitchen and bath design, fashion and retail management, media arts and animation, interior design, game art and design and hotel/restaurant management. Courses offered through the art institute are accelerated and allow students to finish each one in approximately six weeks.

A third option for online courses is Central Pennsylvania College in Summerdale. Although the college is small with 1,100 students, it offers a fairly wide selection of online courses and degree programs. Online courses are offered in fields such as human resources, accounting, intelligence analysis, travel and tourism, computer information systems, marketing, criminal justice, entrepreneurship and small business, information technology, business administration, homeland security management, corporate communications and criminal justice administration. Online courses are offered in 11-week blocks. Students can take as many as four online classes at a time in pursuit of their degree.
