Film Production Schools

Film production covers a broad range of departments and titles, with film producers overseeing every aspect of film production. The producer works with the scriptwriter in script development and assembles a team including the director, cast and technical crew. The producer also manages the budget, editing and other postproduction tasks. Los Angeles and New York, the two largest industry locales, play host to some of the most popular film schools.
